PWS Pitching Program- 12 weeks
5 Phases to improve velocity and command. Every drill and step will be on a free App downloaded directly to your phone and has every exercise on video making it very easy to follow.
Step 1. Remapping = Fix major flaws in your delivery.
Step 2. Athletic = Solidify and ingrain natural movements and timing.
Step 3. Strength = Building arm up increasing intent and hip and shoulder separation.
Step 4. Command = Using drills, catch play and bullpens to improve strike throwing habits and pitch design
Step 5. Velocity = Max intent pull downs, game style bullpens and game strategy
This 12 week program will also include 6 weeks of arm care and post throwing exercises. I will also include a full pre throwing activation day as well.
If you would want to speak to a pitching coach during the program you can schedule a FaceTime session or in person session. Calls or in person sessions will be separate and charged similar to a regular pitching lesson. The coach will answer any questions you may have and most likely will ask you to follow up that call with videos so he can make sure you are doing everything that you went over with your coach.
