Our Winter Training Program for Pitchers will help increase your velocity, spin rate, vertical movement, and command,
while ensuring arm health and improved strength.

5 days a week of personalized pitcher training 
- 
10:00-12:30 pm daily 
- 
2 days on the mound; 5 days throwing and plyo drills 
- 
Live At Bat days with our Hitting program players 
- 
Weight lifting program 
- 
Monday, December 22– Friday, January 2. Two Weeks. $250 
- 
Integrated with our state-of-the-art technology: Uplift, Edgertronic, SidelineScout, TrackMan, Proteus Motion

8-12th grade (age 14+), College
